Job Description:
The firm seeks a motivated and accomplished Corporate & Commercial Attorney for its Corporate & Commercial Department. This key individual will report directly to Managing Partner and other Partners.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Communicate with TG clients and/or render written and oral advice to TG clients on various legal and other issues which fall under the practices of the Corporate and Commercial Department, including, but not limited to, banking and finance; commercial and international trade; securities; corporate investment; land and air transportation; e-commerce; entertainment; environment; information technology; insurance; employment and labor; property and construction; restructuring; telecommunications; transportation;
2. Assist TG attorneys/consultants and/or employees in analyzing cases, drafting documents, preparing advice, and reporting to clients;
3. Perform marketing activities, such as writing articles and publications; attending conferences and seminars; speaking at conferences and seminars; joining networking functions and participating in other marketing opportunities;
4. Provide thorough analytical and practical proposals and advice to clients and potential clients in a timely manner;
5. Respond to enquiries from clients and potential clients in a timely manner;
6. Other services relevant to or in connection with the foregoing; and
7. Such other services as may be requested by TG from time to time in order to accommodate the changing circumstances and needs of TG.

Qualifications:
This opportunity would suit a diligent and career-focused lawyer who wants to deal with a high-quality caseload for global clients. In addition to the foregoing practical experience requirements, you will have:
1. At least five years of post-qualification experience in corporate and foreign investment laws. Lawyers with experience in more than one jurisdiction will be accorded preference.
2. Law degree.
3. Fluency in English and excellent English writing skills.
4. Excellent analytical, drafting, communication, and research skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving ability.
6. Strong commitment to client service.
7. Qualified as a lawyer outside of Vietnam, and in good standing.
8. Proven record of success in identifying and capturing new business opportunities in the legal field
9. Strong case, client, and team management skills
10. Willingness to travel as needed
