Mô tả công việc :

- Advising, to international standards, clients as to matters of Vietnamese law on a broad range of issues relating to foreign direct investment (FDI), including the establishment of new investment projects, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions (M&A);
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and other documents relevant to client matters;
- Pro-actively managing clients’ transactions and ongoing legal requirements;
- Liaising with government officials at national and local level;
- Managing a team of junior lawyers, including training;
- Promoting business development activities for the Firm;
- Additional duties as appropriate.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Graduated from a Law Faculty of a Vietnamese university (foreign university is a plus) ;
- A Vietnamese Lawyer Certificate;
- At least 5-6 years’ experience working as a legal advisor on FDI and M&A projects, at least three of which must have been spent at an international or a top tier Vietnamese law firm in Vietnam;
- Enjoy working as part of a team and have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Have an aptitude for analysis and problem solving;
- Speak and write English fluently (proficiency in other languages is an advantage).
