Mô tả công việc :

- Master planning for development project: follow up and monitoring consultant in design period for controlling quality of design that be ensure to meet with VSIP requirement and relevant standard
- Working with consulting company to establish 1:2000 master plan, basic design, detail design, EIA,…
- To plan for development of project included design and construction: Weekly reports to Management, Schedule of construction, target
- Field survey, data collection for investment reports and pre-feasibility design for the project
- Coordinate and support to other technical depts. In design and construction to customer
- Coordinate and support MKT &CS for offering land and provide relevant information to customer
- Coordinate Landscape team in construction period
- Liaison with Authorities for co-ordination/seeking of approval for related work

Yêu cầu công việc :

-Educational qualifications: University graduated and above, major in Architecture in Planning
- Computer Software proficiency: Microsoft office skills (Word, power point, excel, outlook)
Graphic Computer software proficiency: Auto Cad and related software
- At least 5 years experiences in the same position
- Proficiency at English
- Good at presentation, communication and teamwork skill
- Honest, hard-working
