La Maison International Fine Meat provide natural fresh meat according to international standards and safe for public health- belong Ngoc Nghia Group.
Recruit: 01 Procurement Executive
Take main responsibility in purchasing office supplies and input products (seafood/ materials for food processing factories)
- Receive purchasing requirements from others departments
- Look for suppliers/ vendors (Local/ Overseas)
- Sourcing local seafood/ material for food processing factories
- Survey Local/ Overseas market (update price, market trend, collect sample products)
- Make preparation of Purchase Order to Supplier (Local / Overseas)
- Contact & Negotiation with Suppliers
- Perform purchase procedures
- Coordinate with related departments to receive goods and pay bills
- Check and Control of Delivery time
- Follow update of MRP (Material Requirement Plan)
- Evaluate and replace suppliers from Oversea to Local for cost down
- Record & Analyze purchasing data
- Save import and export documents
Working place: 22 Tay Thanh street- Tay Thanh Ward- Tan Phu Dist

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Good at English (Communication + Writing)
- Experience in Importation at least 2 years
- Having experience in sourcing local seafood/ material for food processing factories is a must
- Outside working regularly and go on business trip (if necessary)
- Loyal, dynamic and flexible
