Mô tả công việc :

• Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets
• Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports company’s strategic initiatives
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control program. Investigate, analyze and suggest corrective
• Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas
• Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including ISO Office, quality control, procurement, distribution and management
• Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of production theory to product / process improvement projects
• Supervise and train production team members as necessary
• Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget
• Review and analyze daily, monthly reports
• Coordinate work with other sections for improvement
• New products trial, Recipe trial, support new products development process
• Analysis and solve problem during new products development process
• Input for new products development process about production concern
• Other assignment from supervisor

Yêu cầu công việc :

* Age: Age 35 years old up
* Education: At least bachelor degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering or related fields.
* Graduate abroad, under graduate or post graduate is prefer.
* Working Experience:
- At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment and 3 year in supervisory level
- Experience in building materials production or chemical plant production
* Specific Knowledge:
- Good command of English
- Planning and Leadership skills
- Analysis Skill
* Other Requirement:
- Good attitude and team player
- Able to work overtime when needed
- No allergy in dusty environment
