Mô tả công việc :

Job duties
- To build safety & 5S culture among Production DVC team
- To ensure discipline are followed / respected by operator
- To manage & improve Quality, Service & Productivity
- To demonstrate Lean culture at shopfloor everywhere, every time
- To put in place Continuous Improvement mindset
- To Coach team to grow up competence
SPS implement in Production
In charge in term of
a. Quality & Output tracking & monitoring
b. SIM1 & SIM2 (Short interval management)
Influencer improving in Production: To build a mindset of improvement process which can be applied for manufacturing such as: control hourly rate, tracking defect on line, manufacturing system, Operation work standard.
Process discipline: Ensuring processes are in place for any tasks and are respected at every level at shop floor (Safety, 5S, Disciplines)
Training & Coaching team member: Together with functional manager and support function departments to build a master training & Coaching plan for all level at production, plan is aim to
a. Improve functional skills
b. Improve cross-functional skills
c. Improve leadership skills
New Project transfer: Coordinate with Project team to handle Project transfer successfully

Yêu cầu công việc :

Education: University in Electrical major
Job Related Experience: 3 experience years in Manufacturing management
Business Understanding: Industrial management, Manufacturing processes, LEAN, Manufacturing discipline,
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): English Communication
