Mô tả công việc :
- Issue PRs, Follow-up POs & Payment, monitor payment progress.
- Check docs to do GR accordingly.
- Work with Finance to report cash flow and with Project Engineers to summarize Project reports.
- Arrange to send samples as required in projects.
- Admin tasks such as booking meeting/ flight ticket/ Visa.
Yêu cầu công việc :
* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum two-year experience in FMCG.
- University/ Bachelor degree.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, Word and Power Point.
- English Competency at intermediate up.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- SAP Knowledge for PR/ PO/ GR.
* COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Knowledge about Project Management.
- Good analytical, numerical skills.
- Experience in Personal Assistance (PA).
- Time Management/ Prioritization/ SAP Knowledge.
- Leader ship behaviors: Act like owner/ Develop self and others/ Collaboration with other relevant depts: Finance, Procurement, HR and outside suppliers.
