Mô tả công việc :

• Plentiful experience of Q/A, Q/C & Q/S in project site
• Experience in Planning team or Tender department in HQ
• Experience in preparation for documents & procedure for obtaining certificate for the projects
• Good knowledge of contract & contract negotiation between clients and contractors
• Having good relations with high - level Government officers, international organizations and Vietnamese construction companies and subcontractors.
• Thoroughly understand related regulations/laws & procedure/process in Architecture development & Construction

Yêu cầu công việc :

• At least Bachelor’s degree in University (Higher degree will be preferred)
• The above relevant experience more than 3 years of experience
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English
• Deep knowledge for construction laws & procedures
• Workplace: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
