ERI International is a 5 star beauty treatment service, a subsidiary of CMG Asia. We are weeking for Clinic Operation Manager or Assistant Clinic Operation Manager with below reponsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES& CRITICAL DRIVERS:
Team Development
- Training & Development: Self-develop and assist team members to become “A Players” in the team. Ensures all new staff receive a 26 week on boarding plan.
- Team support: Support Operationsteam in delivering high standards of customerservice to clients.
Clinic Operations
- Customer service: Participate in providing warm and caring service to clients and teammates.
- Contracts: Complete accurate Ebiz systems and sales contracts and payments by adopting strict control procedures.
- Systems: Ensure to implement clinic procedures which support the team in providing outstanding service to clients.
- Audits: Comply all requirements for clinic operations audit as well as implement any required changes of improving plan.
Facilities and Inventory Management
- Facility Management: Ensure facilities are well maintained and problems are handled in a timely manner.
- Cleanliness Management: Ensure5 star cleanliness standards in the clinic by daily clinic audits and supervise the cleaning staff.
- Inventory Management: Ensure the stock items are consistently available for client treatments and operations in the clinic.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- College/University degree
- Passion for Beauty business, Beauty experience preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience in services oriented industry (restaurant, hotel, clinic, spa...)
- English speaking is essential.
- Good computer skills
- Excellent presentation
- Willing to support all team members and supervise all clinic operations smoothly
