This description below is indicative and the candidate has to be flexible.
50% of working time on office rental:
- Search office solutions fitting the client’s criteria,
- Liaise with landlords, organize and conduct visits,
- Keep the database updated constantly,
- Develop the business in alignment with the company’s strategy.
50% of working time on residential rental:
- Search housing solutions fitting the client’s criteria,
- Liaise with landlords, organize and conduct visits,
- Keep the database updated constantly,
- Develop the business in alignment with the company’s strategy.
Note: Compensation will be composed of a fixed salary and commissions on every sale. It will be reviewed every 6 months for a potential increment.The starting salary will be based on the broker’s previous experience.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Must be a Vietnamese national
- Must hold a real estate brokerage license
- Must speak fluent English
