This position will be responsible for recruitment strategy and target fulfillment as well as efficient implementation of recruitment campaign of the Company from executive position to mass recruitment.
- Develop recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
- Source resumes of qualified candidates for specific job positions using job boards, job fairs, employee referrals, and other online channels
- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions/key jobs.
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters
- Employer branding
- Organize Internship, management trainee programs
- Track applicant flow, maintain pipeline of qualified candidates, build and maintain database of qualified candidates to respond to talent management needs.
Yêu cầu công việc :
- BA/ MBA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related education background
- At least 5 experience years in managerial position.
- Must have good command in English.
- Experience in mass recruitment is a plus
- Experience in starting up a new corporation is a plus
- Working experience in a headhunt agency is an advantage
