Mô tả công việc :
I. General Information
• Job title: Sales Admin
• Working time: from Monday to Friday, From 8AM to 5PM
• Department: Sales
• Directly managed by: Sales Manager
II. Tasks:
• Receive PO and record customers PO information, make contract
• Follow the progress of shipment
• Receive and handle complaints from customers, inform to Operations & Accountant the shipment schedule to arrange shipment to customer
• Maintain and update sales and customer records, control customer purchase status
• Receive and send invoices to customers
• Support Sales staff to correspond customer as necessary
• Attend to all incoming repeat order inquiry and response within 24 hours
• Generate repeat sales quotation using Excel for the entire sales team
• Conduct sales opportunity check with email alert on repeat order inquiries by expanding line of products
• Work closely with order processing team / Operation department
• Perform monthly updates of sales reporting, including the number of quotations generated and summary of successful transactions
• Work closely with sales team on open quotations
• Sometimes visit key customers to maintain customer centric rapport and explore business opportunities of consumables with deep and narrow approach
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Having economic background or related field
• Good level of Business English proficiency
• Working experience: 0 - 1 year
• Good communication, careful, meticulous, be proactive and flexible in handling time
• IT competencies (office suite, email, internet, etc.)
• Ability to work independently, hard working with can do attitude
• Able to meet with deadline
