Mô tả công việc :

1. Conduct market research to gain insight into industry trends and identify target audiences
2. Create and execute on marketing and sales strategies
3. Build marketing promotion program, like seminar, training to enhance brand awareness and push sales
4. Identify potential clients and business partners from various resources and build continual relationships and brand image
5. Comfortable in presenting in public in a seminar or in training
6. Creatively generate leads to clients and business partners
7. Being able to close in a timely manner
8. Periodic reports to the directors to measure outcomes and realignment of strategies

Yêu cầu công việc :

• A verifiable track record of closing in a professional settings
• Ability understand of investments and real estate
• An outstanding academic and professional record
• A bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university is a must;
• Two to five years of sales and marketing experience in a professional environment, which may include internships, work-study or part-time employment
• Strong communication skills, the ability to learn quickly and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent English communication skills to be able to communicate with the directors
• Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate with and influence people positively.
• Well-organized and able to multi-task who can work under pressure
• A super work ethic, multi-tasking skills and ‘whatever it takes’ attitude
• A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
• Can work under pressure
• Display passion and initiative about staying on top of global businesses and industry news
• Enthusiastic about mining new areas of opportunity
• Ability understand basics of investments and real estate
