Position: Sales Executive- Wholesale of Audio Visual products

The incumbent of this job is responsible for execution of Sale programs at different sale channels to the delivery of our strategic goals of the program and marketing objectives.
Strategy
• Deploy, execute sale programs, activities at all marketing and sale channels.
• Contribute in the implementation of sale strategies
Job Description:
- Regular visit to existing Audio Visual dealers for sales and marketing activities
- Sales channel development (finding candidates of new dealers)
- Be in charge of Sell-in target
- Supervisor and motivate Sell-out
- Propose Marketing program (Product Consultant (PC), display, decoration, PR...)
- Coordinate with other departments to make sure good products delivered to customer on time.
- Negotiate and keep good relationship with customers.
- Set objectives that have long-term impact within area of responsibility.
- Data analysis and do regular report
- Developing sales to Customers and Corporate Companies.
- Other tasks will be discussed in the interview

Yêu cầu công việc :

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Experience in executing sale activities cross sale channels
- Experience in implementing sale support activities (in Electric or Music industry are an advantage)
- Ability to quickly reach an understanding of customers business and requirements
- Good knowledge of the operations and sales support processes
- Data Analysis, Sales skill.
- Can manage weekly with customers
- Business trip to other provinces
- Be active, enthusiastic, think out of the box.

- Team player across business/department lines
- Proactive and a Self-starter
- Committed and Works to strict deadlines
- Able to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Good communication and negotiation skills with all levels of staff, distributors and customers
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in channel marketing or sales support
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor or higher Degree preferably in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration
- Specific certificate in Administration
- Office Microsoft skill
