Mô tả công việc :

*JOB PURPOSE
-Manage technical team to provide all support needed by sale team, supply chain management, customers to help achieve sale budget
*KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for Leading / Supervise Technical support team; guide and coach team members in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction for the tasks assigned
2. Responsible for OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) and Omron KPP (key promotion product) target sale achievement
3. Responsible for after sale service (including repair, warranty…)
4. Master technical knowledge for focus Omron KPP, including Sysmac, Vision, Motion, Advanced sensors and robot in order to :
- Meet related sale target.
- Able to set correct system configuration to meet customer application requirement
- Able to setup, program and troubleshoot the systems and machines within own responsibility
5. Understand OEM (G10K) business, customers’ needs and requirements, find out their issue and based on that, work out solution with suitable VP / KPP.
6. Proactively spec-in new solution to help improve OEM’s machine system efficiency
7. Support technically to all other customers based on request from other Sales engineer.
8. Do regular training / workshop for customers to promote focused KPP (key promotion product)
9. Work follow the assignment by manager and company.

* Academic & Professional Qualifications
• University graduated in Electronics & Electrical, Automation is a plus.
* Achievements & Experience
- At least 04 year experience in both technical, Automation.
