Mô tả công việc :

• To complete design studies, design reports, engineering designs, analyses, technical specifications, cost estimates and other engineering design functions as required by the Company
• Undertake supervision duties for the supervision of engineering works such as contract documentation, tender evaluation, supervision, quality control and documentation of correspondence including site visits, audits and testing.
• To carry out site visits to:
o Inspect and assess existing structures,
o Assess scope of works required,
o Site investigations and surveys, and
o Monitor construction works.
• To manage drafting staff to implement design activities as required.
• To establish and maintain regular meetings with client representatives to agree priorities, establish work programmes and report progress.
• Report to Team Leader and C & S Manager.
• Other tasks as instructed by direct supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc :

University graduate major in Civil/Structural engineering or equivalent.
Language:
1. GOOD communication in English.
2. Be able to read and comprehend specification or technical document.
Computer Skills:
1. Revit, Autocad, Ms. Office, Ms. Project…
2. Fluent of all design software in Civil/Structural system.
Knowledge:
1. Deeply knowledge in Civil/Structural design and construction standard (Vietnamese and international standards).
2. Have through grasp of building design steps.
3. Knowledge in other technical field such as architectural, mechanical/electrical engineering.
4. Obtain Practicing Certification of Design (Compulsory).
Skills:
1. Be able to work independently.
2. Have time management skill, be able to arrange works by priority order.
3. Have communication, persuasion, negotiation skills.
4. Make decision, solution for problem during design and construction process.
Interpersonal:
1. Team work spirit.
2. Enthusiastic.
- Working experience: Minimum 05 years of experience.
