Mô tả công việc :

*Main task:
- Collect and check OT claims, Working Attendance reports, Nightshift reports, Standby reports.
- Help to prepare document and distribute allowances and benefits to staff on time.
- Working with Banker to transfer monthly salary to employee
- Support sourcing employees from several sources
- Prepare for hiring letter
- Input recruitment data and file documents and records for payroll.
- Collect and help to submit reports, Claims to Insurances Departments.
- Prepare for staff to register their medical cards.
- Calculate and finalize the PIT for local and expats
* Additional task:
- Fulfill tasks of ISO within the scope of HR Department.
- Take responsibilities as a member of ISO committee
- Support sourcing employees from several sources
- Input recruitment data and file documents and records for payroll.
- Support sourcing training courses and training centers as required
- Support preparation for training
- Perform any works being assigned by Manager of HR.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Degree/ Certificate: University graduate, Specialty or certificate of human resources management/accountant…
- At least/from 2 year experience in the same position, have experiences in manufacturing field with preferred
- Understanding of labor market and payroll system
- Proficiency in using office computer software and specialized software
- Organizing work in order to achieve high efficiency, hard work, diligent, careful.
- English communication and written equivalent to level B and above
