POSITION OVERVIEW
- To ensure all IT duties assigned are professionally carried out, company’s IT system always in good condition and run perfectly.
- To be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company.
- Evaluate your IT investment portfolio to determine IT effectiveness
RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:
IT Operation:
• Design and configure network systems (Firewalls and Switches).
• Administer and monitoring servers (MS Windows servers 2008/2012: Hyper-V servers, File server, MS DPM,..).
• Experience in Office 365 products (Office 365, One
• Developing project plans, goals, and budgets.
• Database Management, Database Security, CRM.
• Procurement and vendor management.
• Assist to support users on Head Quarters – HCMC Office and other projects.
• Setup, manage, maintain computer, handle troubleshoot.
• Maintain telephone central, printers, fax machines.
• Assist technical supporting to others in using computer Propose IT solutions for the business requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
IT Project Management:
• Good knowledge of project management and application development.
• Developing schedules and methods for measuring results.
• Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project.
• Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
• Assembling and coordinating project team members, assigning individual responsibilities
• Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products to support all business lines.
• Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

• Minimum 3-5 year experiences in same position.
• Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
