SENIOR MANAGER OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS - VIETNAM
-Work with senior management (Board of Executives) in the development of an annual marketing communications plan to position Nielsen brand and build on Nielsen’s global leadership position to create a positive marketplace reputation
-Come up with quarterly report to quantify the impacts of Marketing & Communications activities
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION
-Build and maintain ongoing relationships with key T1 & T2 media / journalists for better management of media activities
-Handle all media interviews with key senior stakeholders to help them build their Executive Profiles
-Handle all press releases from regional/global Thought Leadership reports
-Manage the successful delivery of communications projects according to project schedule and budgets
-Analyze and recommend appropriate communications processes / activities considering the business implications, cost and consistency with current and future business directions
-Work with senior management to ensure that all company information/updates from Executive members, regional team and news is communicated in an open, honest and timely manner
MARKETING & BRANDING
-Work with senior management to define and develop business unit marketing communications programs and materials in order to help business units drive awareness for products/solutions/syndicated reports/enhancement/technology applications etc
-Identify relevant events for Nielsen to join as a key guest speakers to promote Nielsen’s expertise
-Plan and manage marketing communication programs including insight article, press release, videos, teasing emails, presentations, infographic etc to promote Thought Leadership reports.
-Build C-suite presentations for Board of Executives to join C –Suite events
-Create Marketing tools and content for commercial enablement and client engagement such as a winning proposal, sell-sheet, videos, brochures etc.
-Leverage all digital platforms to support all marketing & communication activities
-Use SFMC to general email marketing campaigns
-Use CQ5 to update content on Website
-Use Sprinklr to promote content on Social media channels.
INTERNAL ENGAGEMENT:
-Support HR for internal engagement efforts such as promoting key activities to grow talents, driving communication programs for HR’s annual event – Nielsen Case Competition
-Embrace on internal activities such as NGID, Hunger Action Month etc to promote brand reputation for Nielsen

Yêu cầu công việc :

CANDIDATE CRITERIA & REQUIREMENT:
-Minimum of 5 years experience in Product Marketing/Digital Marketing/Strategic Communications
-Excellent English both verbal and written
-Previous experience in developing and leading strategic communications (corporate communications, issues management, internal communications, crisis communications, etc.) plans as well as executions
-Demonstrate exceptional writing skills, including writing strategic plans, messaging and press materials; and the ability to write both strategically and creatively under tight deadlines
-Digital savvy, experienced in developing and executing campaigns in digital platform.
-Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in-person
-Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Communications or Public Relations or related/equivalent major
