Mô tả công việc :
• Request/print receipt, manage receipt, do receipt report
• Do paper work, manage stationary, paper, print ink …
• Do basic report/sale report
• Monitor and coordinate with Supervisors and Team leaders to well complete the timekeeping for sales staff.
• Act as a liaison with other departments within the company: Human Resources Department, Accounting Department, Purchase Department ...
• Other admin tasks as assigned by Head of Department/Line Manager
Yêu cầu công việc :
EDUCATION / TRAINING
• Bachelor degree/Associate degree/Diploma, major in Business Administration/Economics/ Finance/ Accounting

• Ability to manage tasks and time well

• Willing to move around (HCMC Area) (if necessary, not often)

EXPERIENCE
• Generally 1 year of admin work, experienced in Insurance field is a plus
• Enjoy problem solving scenarios, good at Excel/calculation/report is a plus
• Can get on with a wide range of people, good motivator
• and able to support others
COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook…
COMPETENCIES
• English - Basic
