Mô tả công việc :

• Be responsible for installation, maintenance and repairing machines at customer sites.
• Support sales to consult customer right solutions.
• Provide onsite and online/telephone technical support and services to customers.
• Be responsible for setting up new machines, conduct pre-installation inspection, commissioning and training at customer premises.
• Provide technical training to customers when required.
• Be proactive in self-learning to update with technologies and new equipment.
• Participate in training courses in and out of Vietnam organized by VPrint or manufacturers.
• Implement other tasks assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Degree, Diploma in Printing, Automation, Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year experience, priority is given to candidates who used to be field technical services in various customer locations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Good English user.
• Ability to respond emergency customer requests.
• Be organized, accurate, reliable.
• CV in English.
