Mô tả công việc :

In general: Be responsible for managing all activities of arranging, storing, controlling inventory of materials, consumable goods; Manage materials delivering and receiving between warehouse and other relating Departments inside the Factory; Manage delivering of finished goods.
1. Update information of Raw Material and Finished goods Receiving plan weekly;
2. Cooperate with Forklift Driver to arrange the warehouse and prepare all necessary things to receive raw materials. Check and request Forklift driver to deliver finished goods in right batch and to right location as well as goods in warehouse, ensure that all goods are arranged safely and at the rightful place (both in system and reality)
3. Cooperate with Inbound controller and QA Technician to get the sample and check other quality criteria (depend on type of goods and request from QA).
4. Cooperate with inbound controller to check and sign to confirm the receiving quantity daily. Support to take down PK from container
5. Receive material request (TR) from Production, execute TO and assign to forklift driver to deliver materials to Production with right type, right quantity and right principle First Expiry First Out (FEFO)
6. Supervise, check and have method to ensure safety, GMP and 5S at warehouse area. Check and update temperature, humidity, warehouse/pest condition
7. Check and arrange documents, store file fully and accurately. Conclude and input the quantity of pallets accompanying with finished goods into pallet controlling system, issue file and send to outside stocks to sign for confirmation.
