Mô tả công việc :

- Responsibility for managing exiting branches; support for establishing new branch network
- Manage and control meeting minutes, reports under the guidelines of Strategic Planning Director;
- Manage organization structure, Role and Responsibility of department, Management policy
- Be in liaison with Departments on supporting them in contacting, making reports to SBV; Maintaining relationship with SBV member;
- Responsible for licensing with State Bank of Viet Nam for extension Banking network, business scope license;
- Updated changes on organization structure, Role and Responsibility of department, Management policy
- Operation of meeting ( weekly GM meeting, Monthly DGM meeting )Business evaluation meeting ( Giving award to Branch )

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Banking knowledge
- Good at speaking and writing in English
- Be able to gather, consolidate and analyze data
- Be able to work under pressure, teamwork
- Male is preferable
