Mô tả công việc :

1. System Compliance Management
• Ensure the System Compliance Management (including Quality/Environmental/ Occupational Health and Safety - QEHSMS) at INSEE is implemented, maintained, integrated and continuously improved to be effective and efficient.
• Ensure all gap analysis and recommendations for further compliance are developed (such as SEDEX, ISO26000, ISO 50000, ISO 14025, PAS99, etc.)
• Manage the system compliance document system, ensure that all approved documents are published on Document Management System (DMS) software
• Develop and follow – up on corrective action plan for audit findings.
• Coordinate system compliance training (including awareness, auditors and lead auditors) in term of logistics, organization and content
• Define & follow up with yearly budget for system compliance audit, consultant, certification, training activities
2. Environment Management
• Monitor environmental legislation and their impacts on our operations.
• Support projects implementation of environmental raising awareness with academic institutions and NGOs.
• Support environmental projects for environmental protection awareness
• Maintain information updated with Authorities and organization as well as scientific institutions regarding environmental regulations
• Support plant management from environmental audits in order to ensure correct audit conducted with right conclusion / recommendation

Yêu cầu công việc :

• University graduated with Industrial management or Environmental background preferable
• At least 4 years of experience in international management systems.
• Education of Quality/Environment/Energy Health & Safety Management Systems standard
• Good command of English
• Good at training skills and presentation
• Negotiation skills and foster teamwork & cooperation
• Operation effectiveness and Leads for performance
