Mô tả công việc :

- Manage township for all projects of Nam Long Group in order to ensure the service quality.
- Ensure to improve customer satisfaction level of Nam Long’s products and services.
- Develop a model for collecting fees for management of township, apartment buildings, villas and public facilities
- Build the system, select and manage service providers with appropriate capacity and experience to ensure effective implementation in the companys residential projects.
- Strict control of service activities and services of the service management companies in the apartment buildings and residential areas to ensure the quality of after-sales service best and most effective to customers
- Construction and control of infrastructure management plan, quality of works, architecture and landscape of project implementation
- Planning - launching and connecting state authorities to hand over infrastructure - utility
- Develop the plan - implement and supervise the exploitation of Clubs of Projects
- Build, develop a system of procedures - regulations - rules of post-sales management to improve the quality of customer service of the company.
- Build up a local government relationship where the Groups projects are located

Yêu cầu công việc :

Qualification:
- Graduated from University major business administration.
Working Experience:
- Minimum of 20 years of work experience including at least 5 years experience in equivalent position.
Expertise:
- Deep knowledge about Residential/ Township Management
- Time management skills, work planning;
- Ability to work in groups;
- Communication skills, negotiation
- The ability to handle situations in a flexible and sensitive way.
