Mô tả công việc :

Physical Education Teaching Assistant reports directly to the Primary Principal on daily basis, and perform a full range of duties, including but not limited to:
· Assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the classroom teacher
· Help provide extra support for students with special needs and those who speak English as a second language
· Provide support for students to fully participate in activities
· Participate in Recess duty supervision
· Participate in parent/teachers conferences and assisting with Vietnamese language translation
· Translating documents/letters to parents for PE or athletics information
· Assist with clerical duties as assigned by classroom teacher
· Assist with classroom set-up and decoration
· Help moving and organizing PE equipment
· Assist in local purchases of PE equipment under direction of classroom teacher
· Help with coaching/organizing extracurricular athletics during or after school at least 1 day/week
· Be capable of/occasionally lead skills or activities within a lesson under the direction and guidance of the classroom teacher
· Support classroom teacher in teaching by helping with preparation of teaching materials
· Be able to use computers and audio-visual equipment
· Undertake other duties that may be reasonably assigned by the Principal
· Set a good example in terms of personal conduct, dress, punctuality and attendance
· Be familiar with ISHCMC Health and Safety Policies and ISHCMC Safeguarding Policies as required
· Attend staff meetings and serve on committees as required
· Responsible for pool maintenance as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc :

· Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience working with early childhood and elementary students
· A degree in Physical Education or equivalent and relevant degree
· A good level of spoken and written English
· Knowledge and experience working with computers/ipads
