Mô tả công việc :

- Prepare/ review/ advise Lease Agreement/ Tenancy Agreement.
- Prepare/ review/ advise service agreements and commercial contracts.
- Translate agreements, contracts, resolutions and legal letters/ documents.
- Dealing with authorities on relevant matters.
- Update new legal legislation in relation to the Companys business.
- Handling administrative works of Legal Team and leal tasks to be assigned by Legal Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Law University degree
- Proficiency in English
- At least 5 years experience in legal
- Prefer candidate who used to work for foreign company either in-house or law firm
